    Hey Everyone,

I've been in the market for picking up a new jacket and was eying Errolson Hugh's Acronym line. While I have always had an appreciation and fascination with the brand, I honestly don't know anyone who actually owns a jacket from them. Can anyone attest to their quality and how well they hold up in various temperatures? I like the fact the jackets seem light/stylish, but at the end of the day I don't want to drop a grand on a jacket that can't keep me moderately warm/comfy.

    Thanks in advance.

Well they're hardshell jackets (mostly) so they're designed to keep you dry and protect you against the wind, not to keep you warm. Depending on what kind of winter temps you're dealing with you might manage with appropriate layering + down liner but if you need some serious extra insulation you should probably have a look at the Veilance stuff instead.
