Accelerating the distressing process on a Leather Jacket

So i picked up this incredible vintage cafe racer black leather jacket at a vintage shop a couple weeks ago. While it is clearly broken-in, i really want to get the "beat to ****" distressed look out of the leather.

Does anyone know a way to accelerate the distressing process NOW? Wearing it every day for the next 10 years is not the answer i'm looking for. Thanks.

step one- acquire quarters and pumice stones
step two- drive to washeteria
step three- place quarters into slot
step four- place jacket and pumice stones into dryer
step five- select cycle jam quarters into dryer/ jam quarters into dryer and select cycle, essentially get the dryer cranking.
step six- play galaga or mrs pac-man while munching on stale cheetos and sipping flat H-E-B brand soda while your jacket gets all jacked up in the dryer.

-Purchase or borrow motorcycle.
-Take said motorcycle onto interstate.
-Stand upon seat and hold arms in crucifix position. Closing eyes is optional.
-Wait.

That would distress it allright. Another way might be to put the jacket on and roll around on the driveway, deck, sidewalk or whatever. That would give it more natural looking wear in the right places, i.e. elbows, shoulders, upper back.

A leather jacket should be worn in like similarly to your raw denim (through natural wear), this is the beauty of the impefections of leather. You don't see people around here going on about how cool there jeans look when they take sandpaper to them.

Kinda like that new report a few years back.
A man would buy jeans and blow shotgun shells into them and resell them for $99 to $250.

He got very rich doing that.

1.)Take a sponge and coat the entire jacket in water.
2.)Twist up the jacket as much as possible while it is pliable and use heavy twine or cord to tie it in place. (Very similar to tie-dyeing)
3.) Put something heavy on top of it and leave it in place for a couple days.
4.)?????????
5.)Profit

There was a guy on ar15.com who, in an attempt to give his rifle the "authentic battle used" look, photographed himself throwing his rifle down his driveway.

You can guess how that turned out.

Same deal here.
