Hi, I'm planning a 2 week trip to Singapore and I'm looking for a handmade suit(I mean fully canvassed by that) tailored within the budget of USD 1500$ in there. According to the informations that I collected from this forum and my previous visit to Singapore last year, Suitsupply seems like satisfying my requirements, I bought a OTR suit in there last year and they seemed to have a tailor in there, but the problem is that does he actually do tailoring or he's there just for alternation? I've never heard of anyone in China who got his suit tailored at Suitsupply though there is a store. Since I'm extraordinarily skinny, OTR is too big in most cases, so I must get a custom suit to look like a well-fitting suit, so Suitsupply's blue line and suit-up service seems reasonable for full canvassed mtm suit. Otherwise, If they don't do tailoring, I'm giving a thought to have one tailored on Iris tailor or Mohan tailor. Mohan tailor is very famous and says they have extremely wide range of mills and fabrics and each suit's lining will be made out of cupro, and Iris tailor's fabrics are from Loro piana and some world's best mills, though I don't know what their linings are made of(I hope it's silk), and Seems like both of them do several fittings and make fully canvassed suits. Mohan's and Iris' tailor look so similar to me, but I'm planning to buy only one suit for this trip, so can you say which one's better?
So, to summarize all of this:
Does Suitsupply in Singapore offer tailoring service, or mtm?
If they don't do any tailoring, Which one is better, Mohan tailor or Iris tailor?
