This is a public service announcement.

It's something most people w/o kids probably don't think of, but seriously, it's not a bad idea to buy one packet of each you could conceivably need before an emergency arises.

I recommend Xanax.

When there's a crisis, take a couple pills and it won't bother you any more.

Also, duct tape is good for just about everything e.g. crying kids.

All joking aside, good suggestion. My father has been ordered (by me) to carry aspirin with him everywhere.

Tylenol -> both pain reliever and anti-pyretic (lowers a temperature)
Benadryl -> excellent drug. Stop you from scratching, from puking, from dying of anaphylaxis, put you to sleep, or just calm you down. What a great drug.
Immodium
4x4s, a few ABDs, tape, sutures, steri-strips, etc.
Ranitidine -> great stomach acid pill.

let's see, since i'm too much of a lazy ass to walk the 20 ft to check, off the top of my head:

extra toothpaste
extra deodorant
Tylenol Cold/Flu
Zycam
Pepto
Immodium
Lactaid
painkillers (Advil, hydrocodone, oxycodone, motrin)
muscle relaxants (soma and some other brand)
Anavert
heating pad
cold pad
sunscreen
Hydrocortisone 5%
Benadryl

and i think that's about it.

Caffeine tablets. They are great for when you just haven't got the time for coffee in the morning.

222 pills

You can get them over the counter in Canada but not in the US. An Excedrin + codine - so basically it is caffine, asprin and codine.

Two 222s and a half bottle of Pedialyte = hangover destroyer
