A weird discovery, cellulite on my arm

I'm fairly fit, 20 lbs or so of fat on my 195 lb frame or so I would be tempted to estimate (no clue really) I live with 30 guys about 2 years my (21 year old) junior, but today I was looking in the mirror and noticed that I had a bit of an odd lump on the proximal end of the bulge of my right bicep, I felt it and sure enough, its the result of lumpy fat, cellulite on my bicep. I've got normal fat on the same place on the other arm I tried pulling on the skin at the distal end on my right bicep and it seems to be forming there too, again same amount of fat on the left side, not a hint of lumpyness. Now I was stung by a wasp on the inside of my right triceps about a month ago, and the area is still a touch swollen, so I'm hoping that it is a side effect that will wear off with time, but this is just weird as can be. Has anyone every heard of anything like this? It there anything I cna do except loose weight to correct the issue?

Thanks
