Could you take and post a few more pictures of his tie? I've been thinking about getting this paisley one for a long time and would like to see how it looks in better light.

Here are 3 photos. first two are outside and third one is inside next to window.

The blue/green background of the tie is very difficult to pick up on my camera. It's a rich, classic, classy color.

That's one of the madders, right? How is the hand on it?

I have several of Hober's Madder silk neckties and I bought one for a colleague as a gift in the blue paisley, all with six-fold construction. I also have a bowtie in the material. I think that it has a marvelous feel. Its feel soft, very substantial and textured, but not rough, almost like a very fine-grained sandpaper. It resists wrinkling pretty well and is rather pleasant to handle. I wish that they carried more patterns of it.
