Silly question (sorry too lazy search)...
What is typical completion time for a tie, not including shipping?

His estimates on the site have been very accurate. My last orders was at my door in 7 days from order placed to US.

Thank you sir! I'm in the process of updating my neckwear to more season-specific ties. It's more difficult and expensive than I thought lol

If this will be your first SH, I would order a staple tie and throw in a bunch of swatches and build from there. That is where it gets dangerous..
I ordered about 100 swatches a few years ago (like $60USD) and there were so many I wanted that I actually never ordered a tie till this year, lol. Now I have like 10 lined up I want but SWMBO would have a hissy if I did it all at one time.

Can anyone post photos of Sam Hober linen ties?
Trying to get an idea of how much texture, or not, is visible.

Anyone have any Hobers they don't wear much?

I bought a navy blue grenadine piccola necktie in spring of 2017 while I was living in Harrisburg expressly to wear to job interviews as I expected to run an interminable gauntlet of them before I could get a suitable job in Philadelphia. As it turned out, this effort was delayed quite a while by some personal circumstances and I won a position that I had just applied to for interview practice. I have a rotation of mudmee and madder print neckties that I wear normally, so now I only wear the navy grenadine one on occasions when I attend a conference or external meeting, which are uncommon. I also had it made too long, because eighty pounds ago I had a lot more... area to cover, so normal length neckties were awkwardly short and I overcompensated.

Out of curiosity, is anyone selling any Hober ties. I'm looking for ties in the 61-62 inch length and 3.5-3.75 inch width range. I plan to purchase a couple in near future but trying to sell off a bunch of my old ties (mostly vintage Brooks Brothers and a handful of others, with couple nice E.G. Cappelli and Berg and Berg. Once I can sell off what is too short (most are standard 58-59 inch length and handful are 3.25 inch width) then I will put towards a few Hobers! Figured I would reach out here first.
