Man, sometimes this forum really needs a “dislike” button.
Even better, it has an ignore button.

Lol. Not really. Considering my comment was comfortably the most “negative”, it seems fair to conclude I was, at least in part, the intended recipient of your post.Curious how you thought I was addressing you personally. Funny ain't it?
And to answer your question: Even though we have never met, for this Valentine's I present you the gift of self-awareness.
My latest Hober order: a yellow-gold oxford and Macclesfield 279 six-fold.
The yellow-gold is an interesting color that changes with the light and has a subtle sheen to it. Looks like it would pair wonderfully with a charcoal or navy suit.
Already have a burgundy oxford and wondering how many oxford ties are too many, I really like how they look and feel.

The answer to your query, is no. Those both look great. Unsure of the gold with charcoal, as that would, in my opinion, necessitate a white shirt, which would look a bit awkward to me. Mid-Grey and Navy suits, along with pale blue shirts, would look exceptional with it.My latest Hober order: a yellow-gold oxford and Macclesfield 279 six-fold.

A cluster of Hober from the last two months.
For those with a charcoal and silver grenadine, do you wear the tie for work or business attire? It seems like a perfect wedding tie, but wondering how versatile people find it day to day.

Great for weddings but perfectly acceptable for biz IMO. Navy or charcoal suit, white shirt, silver tie is great no matter the occasion.
Those knots are FIHs, correct?A cluster of Hober from the last two months.
