PPanther - nice burgundy.

I feel obligated to notice that you have only 3 folds - I guess you are slumming with us common folk today.

Thank you sir! LOL on slumming :D. All my diamond weaves are indeed 3-folds, I also generally go with 3-folds on the English or geometric pattern ties and the thicker wool ties. All but 1 of my grenadines are 6-fold and all my Macclesfield prints, most of my challis wools and cashmere and others are 6-fold. Overall I would say it is probably about 50/50 between 6-fold and standard fold.

Have fun in Vegas and remember to post some pics of your Hobers! :nodding:

Debating pulling the trigger on a burgundy grenadine fina to go along with one of the new wool ties I've had my eye on.  I was waiting on the charcoal/silver grenadine fina to place my order, but not sure it is ever going to be restocked at this point.  I think it has been out of stock since October.

I imagine if you email David he will let you know his re-stock plans on the charcoal/silver fina (or any other tie for that matter).

According to David's update on his site, the charcoal/silver fina has been re-ordered. In the meantime, ordering the burgundy fina and a new wool sounds like a good idea to me. :nodding:

PP posted this one recently too. Colors are bit off. The tie is a bit more navy and less blue IRL.

Today's Hober is a repeat and is the purple grenadine grossa (6-fold construction). Happy Monday everyone!

Do most here have the navy or the midnight blue grenadine? Any preference?
