Scurvy comes through!

SF, I have 14, and I think based on how the other image looks on my screen, id say 14 is darker.

Hi,the best grenadines I've seen this season are at Mark Marengo these are woven on the traditional ancient looms in Italy . Like you I love the plains but the polka dots are great too , the dots are quite raised up so there's an interesting contrast of textures going on. Personally I go for the 5 or 7 pleat that cost a bit more but are in different league from the normal. I bought the navy blue with cream polka dot , and also the grenadine paisley in deep red which adds richness to any sort of tan outfit and looks sophisticated with a charcoal suit. Check the links for the two I went for if you're interested ?. Strangely they said the bestseller was the plain pistachio green grenadine , which is now sold out, but I think I will stick with the classics anyway !

Stitchy, you've been here long enough to know that "all of the above" is the default answer for situations like this...

I know #1 is popular, but with the SC/Jackets you have, IMO, 3,4, and 5 are versatile..

Enough positive things have been said about #1 (unofficial SF Hober addict club tie) and it is a great tie, but I'd put in a good word for #2. The texture and color are lovely and it should go well with a decent number of fall / winter odd jackets.

Thanks, guys! I think 2, 4 and 5 are my favorites of the bunch right now.

I have seen 2 in person, as I bought it as a gift for someone, and have been wanting one myself ever since.

Looks like #3 is out of stock now anyway, so you can scratch that off the list for the time being.

Getting an itch to place another order. So far I have ordered:

Grenadine Fina - Midnight Blue
Grenadine Fina - Bitter Chocolate
Grenadine Grossa - Navy
Grenadine Grossa - Burgundy
Grenadine Grossa - Gray/Silver
Grenadine Grossa - Brown/Powder Blue Stripe on Midnight Blue
Diamond Weave - Burgundy
Reppe - Navy

Thinking of getting:

Grenadine Grossa - White Pin Dot on Midnight Navy
and a Macclesfield... not sure which yet but leaning towards the #80 or #84

Any other suggestions?
Red, Dark Red, Brick? You have burgundies and navies, but what about the red-er side of the spectrum? I do not know if the burgundies above are on the red or purple side, but if you wear lots of greys and navies...maybe that is something to fill. Love the Grey/silver!
