Beautiful shirt collar here. Nice and soft with good height and a moderate spread. We talk a lot about the "real deal" in Naples, and this is it in a nutshell.

When I look at a shirt collar, all I like to see is the tie knot. High stand + 1/2 inch tie space + four in hand =

And, it appears that the shirtmaker got jiggy with the placket as it's bustin' a move across the stand.

I have to agree the knot's a dubious choice though. It looks lost up in that huge space.

I think it's a bit too much for me that is: very high, wide and long.
His placket is showing, if it's buttoned up; it's some odd wide one.
His knot is a bit too small and he's double pleating, which is fine, Luciano Barbera and all that.
It does capture the more perfection is the allowance of slight imperfection and the casualness of a looser knot.

Even though it looks like he tried to wrap around twice like a Prince Albert, the tie knot looks terrible, but I like the way the shirt collar looks.

I do too think it's a nice collar, but I have to agree with the average response, the knot is too small! The coat seems really nice too btw.

Next time I have some shirts made, I am definitely going to get longer collar points - maybe not quite that long - but long.

I think it's a great look. I don't mind having a bit of collar band showing around the knot.

Love it in principle, but it doesn't appear that it's actually buttoned

Looks like it's especially good for someone with a long neck, i.e., custom

The jacket doesn't fit though. It seems to be moving away from his shirt in the back

Agreed. Sart said something about learning the name of his tailor and going thee himself. I would suggest not...

Yes, but could be just the weight of his overcoat pulling the jacket away.

collar is a smidgen high for me, and my first impression as soon as I saw the picture, like everyone said, the tie knot is way too small . . .
