Those are listed for 135EU, there is another pair for 140 EU that look a little darker. I think those are the pair he's refering to.

The 31s are by far the tightest pair of jeans I own. I'm hoping my thighs will stretch them out a bit since I'm larger there than most people / previous owner... i sorta think they work though.

Angle makes them both look funny... but generally if you have to wear a 31, NC is probably not for you.

I was about to get my first petite standard in size 27 from them.
but just wondering how long will the inseam be in size 27?

inseam is 34'' for all I think..
