You think I could stretch out the thighs on 30" NS to fit my 24" thighs?

My thighs measure 25" around at the top and my APC NS are tagged 30 and fit good. Are you talking about a tagged 30 APC NS? And where are you measuring your thighs?

Biggest part is 24"...my waist measures only 31.5" though...I'm pretty hardcore with the weights...

and I NEED A SMALL HEM. I don't want rescues. I have a pair of Flathead F380's to wear with boots...I'm looking for a tapered small hem jean that will flow with wingtips and chucks.

and yes I'm talking about a tagged 30 NS.

edit: this was a pair of NS 29's I tried on when my thighs were only 23.25"......http://www.styleforum.net/showthread...20#post2518420

Damn. Well I have a tagged size 30 APC NS and mine fit really well. My thighs measure 24 1/2 - 25" and my hips where the jeans sit measure 34 1/2". I'm 6'1 though so I'm pretty long. The tagged size 30 might be worth a try. What's your hip measurement (where the jeans sit).

That looks horrible. Get a pair of Rescues and have a tailor taper them.

about 32.5...I'm thinking about giving some 30's a try...just to see if they'll stretch out.

Yeah that does look horrible, but I've never seen a pair of Rescues look good. I would try sizing up one on the NS.

Yeah man just try it out. You can always sell them on buy/sell forums if it doesn't work out.

Yeah pretty lame that almost every jean looks bad on you if you actually have a good set legs with the jeans off.

Does anyone know if theres a differenence in sizing between the NC/PS/NS in the women's section compared to the NC/PS/NS in the men's section?

Are they still making a 'womens' line? I thought their all just unisex now?

Hey that's a good question you brought up. There has always been a dedicated womenswear collection but actually, it's not too grown up. It is still mostly made of rugged basics and dresses, smocks and outerwear.

Someone commented on how for NC, He could fit into a smaller women's size while for the men's, he had to go up a size or two.

I just wanted to know if that was true.
