If i wear a 30 in New Standard, should I get a 30 or 31 in new cure. My thigh is a 10.5.

^ People generally size up one from NS to NC.

i wear a 28 APC NS, I bought a 30 NS today to work it. Hopefully it wont be too baggy.

I've already had a cup of coffee this morning and I still can't figure out WTF this post means.

    +1

back on topic, FINALLY found a local stockist of APCs but they only had NSs unfortunately, however tried on a 27 which was basically just about skin tight on my thigh and doubt i'd get my legs into a 26. Going by the few posts above, since i'm after NCs i'd DEFINITELY go with a 28?

Store isn't getting new stock for a few months & if the above is correct i'll probably just go ahead and order online (or would i be better off waiting & trying on the NCs to be sure?)

^ If 27 NS was skin-tight, do NOT go with 27 in NC. 28 at the minimum.

Thanks, didn't think they'd be the same.

To add to the (my) confusion, on the Context site, it lists the following for thigh:

    27 NS - thigh= 10"
    28 NC - thigh= 10.5"

Even the 28 NS lists a thigh of 10.25" and when i tried it on today it still had enough slack to pinch excess denim with my fingers.
Think at this point i might just hold out for new stock, if that fails i'll just go for the 28 NC.

    Thanks mate!

Do New Standards all come in that 35-36" inseam length? Or are the smaller sizes shorter as well?

    Thanks

^ It depends on the kind of fit you want. Measure your waist where you wear your jeans, subtract 2 for a fairly loose fit, 3 for slim, 4 for skinny.
