^You realize your third link is for womens bags? Still, the Over-sized Alexa may fit the bill for you.

I'd try experimental back surgery before I ever wore a backpack with a suit. Can you not hire a man-servant to carry your briefcase for you?
this :rotflmao:
A dreadful idea, their can be no valid reason not to use a proper brief case.

I am also in my mid 30s. Backpacks are atrocious with suits, hands down. Do not do it.That said, Saddleback makes briefcases that can be converted to backpacks. Not the ideal way to wear them, but significanly better than a nylon backpack.

I recently did when it was raining as I needed a free hand if one is holding the umbrella.

So I used my Rapha Fixed Backpack - this is OK as it is water-proof & low in profile whilst able to carry my 15" MPB, camera & packable rain coat.

Now I'm liking the freedom.

Though I do agree about people using larger backpacks on public transport.

But then I also use backpacks when travelling now.

Hey I like that one, looks rather steampunk. Probably would be good for travel, and looks like it would last forever. Definitely not suitable for use with a suit though.

Son, least it need to be said yet again, this is styleforum. Repeat it out loud if merely reading doesn't clue you in to the reality that the advice on this web site is advice based on style considerations. If you want to defend wearing a ******* backpack with a suit you should start up a blog or whatever it is that people do today.
The insecure salesman's nerve got touched.

Backpack with a suit? If you wanna look like a nerd, sure. In this case, however, I'd go for the real thing:

Looks best with bespoke navy pinstripe, white french cuff shirt shirt, and black cap toes.

P.S.: Get a bag with rollers if your back problems prevent you from using a normal bag!

I used one in my school days but mine was more like a manbag or briefcase with a strap but I wore it on the side one shoulder not as a backpack.
