So what does the stylish gentleman wear to bed? Does anyone have drop-seat pajamas (or just one-piece) or night caps? Though I lost it, I used to have a night cap, because I live in an apartment without heat. I also have a Blue Oxford Robe, a white nightshirt, and two pairs of pajama pants.

Does that mean that you don't have a few outfits for wearing around the house (for instance, smoking jackets or cloth robes)?

No, I just get dressed. If I must wear something (like if I'm sleeping at someone else's house), I wear pajama boxers.

Unless you're under 18, in a sexless marriage or live in the Artic, pajamas are dead; too Victorian. I prefer sleeping in the buff, except when kids or guests are around, and then its a sleep shirt and boxers. While I still own a couple pairs of pretty stylish PJs, they're reserved for shy girls (and emergencies).

I love pajamas...I have a few sets from H&M, a few from Macy's. I'd love to invest in a T&A set, but being broke makes that an implausible goal.

Night-shirts and a night-hat seem Victorian. Pajamas seem more '50s couple sleeping in seperate beds.
