1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

I think it really really depends on what method they used to ship the shoes and how they filled the forms out. National Mail carriers (such as Royal Mail for UK) seems to not require Custom Fees as often as private companies such as DHL.

FedEx seems to be standard for more than one pair of shoes. I asked if they could ship by Royal Mail (to avoid the customs problem), but they said Royal Mail is limited to a certain weight. Fingers crossed...

Requested Royal Mail shipping on my order. They said yes. Two hours later I got a shipping confirmation on my AS Dulwichs.

Would be interesting to see how much, if I do, get dinged by Canada Customs.

Burgundy is slight darker than Mahogany in the Saphir wax - please see this colour chart below (also click on it to go to our site)

The Saphhir Super Invulner Spray is a clear protector, whereas the Saphir Tinted Spray comes in Black, Neutral, Mid Brown and Dark Brown.

Just a heads up to the store owner, the free worldwide shipping on the Alfred Sargent Exclusive collection is not working once I enter the "NOVAT" code. After I enter the NOVAT code, a shipping cost of £26 is automatically added to the total price. Can you correct this? Thanks.

Where did you see that there was free worldwide shipping? I only see free UK shipping.

Thanks for the heads up - now fixed - Free International Shipping on AS Exclusives now works with NOVAT code.

Add John Lobb on here for good pricing and you'll really take off. Buy during the Northampton John Lobb Factory sale.

I'd like to extend a warm welcome to Julian! English made shoes are extremely popular on Styleforum, and for good reason, and we are happy to have a purveyor of some fine brands with us.

    Cheers,

    Fok.
