Very nice! Tell me about the metal pieces on the outside corners - did you buy those or make them?
I think I'm gonna just get the bars and install them across the bottom of my closet. This way I won't have to deal with mentally remembering what pair is in what box or reading the handwritten names. But what will I do with all of the boxes?????
Thank you very much guys.
By the way what "OP" means ?
Thanks, but you are right that was the plan but I think I became lazy.
This was really fun to see. I have fantasized about the Ephtée designed room for my seemingly endless collection, but this has set the wheels spinning on the temperature controlled buildout of the garage
Just do it, you need a bit of time and lots of will and thats it.
It is an idea but tough to set-up
I bought it but it is not exactly what I wanted. Actually it was impossible to find the same kind in solid brass.
I think it is a good idea and keep the box to keep extra shoes (As I do for the rest of the collection)
Looks great, OP! Thanks for sharing.
Nice shoes, too.
Looks neat. What are those very light colored wingtips on the second row?
PS. I would actually put a cover that says Marshall on it on that thing. \m/.§ d_d §.\m/
Nice! I would even go for a simple one made out of wood and stained.
Where did you get the metal bars?
very impressive work!

Very nice! I'll have to do this one day!
Thanks for posting!
Have you done other projects like this, and if so, what were they? Thank you.
Thank you again for nice comments and interest.
Yes I made a pair of shoes, a belt a bag and a wallet you find some details on this thread : http://www.styleforum.net/t/120185/my-adventure-in-diy-bespoke-shoemaking
I also made a shoe care valet box which I will post some pictures soon.
Awesome work, OP. simply awesome.
