It struck me recently that Our Friends in Kowloon have likely generated a fair amount of business from the Style Forum. I know that, without the knowledge others have passed on, I would probably never have heard about W.W. Chan and their American tours.

So let's lay our cards on the table. For those of you who learned about Chan here, what have you ordered? I've ordered:

6 suits
2 odd jackets
16 shirts
An additional odd jacket is in the process of being ordered. I'll order another suit in November.

1 two-piece suit
3 shirts

Probably won't order another one for quite a while, as Thick as Thieves is a better value for me.

When I'm rich and living in Shanghai, maybe I'll commission some more from them.

Thanks to VG and the other SF guys who've recommended Chan, I've become a customer. I've got 3 suits and 1 jacket.

Love 'em, but my wardrobe is now solid enough that I can wait for sale OTR suits and jackets, which also fit me pretty darn well, often at 1/3 the cost. Still find the shirts to be a great deal--rock-solid reliable. Missed them when they came through recently.

1 shirt which I am very happy with, and a suit that I'm kind of happy with. Probably going to order more shirts, probably won't order another suit.

I have sent a few friends who were visiting HK their way. Probably about 6 suits or what they have shared with me.

I would, but then I'd just be reposting every single suit I have in my regular rotation

Nonetheless, kudos to SF, I would have never discovered Chan without it.

Yes, well, at least it would all be in one place and turn up when someone searched for "Chan". But I see your point.

Two suits, with more in future. I'm not eager to buy RTW anymore.
