Does anyone know where to purchase this or something like it?
I'm planning to also use it for a laptop.

I'm not familiar with it besides knowing that you said it's an Hugo Boss. It's probably worth checking ebay to see if you can spot one of those

Haven't checked a Hugo here yet, but I know one outlet is only 25%
