Ok... @florent is da man! (I hope that doesn't translate to anything negative in French.) I finally opened the box and was delighted with the contents. First was the "Joyeux Noel" card. My know-it-all 10-year-old daughter looks at me imperiously and says, "Before you waste time looking it up, that's French for Merry Christmas." (She is WAY too much ***************.)
I love to try new stuff! There are 3 dark chocolate bars, 2 awesome tins of epicurean sardines (real stuff - not the crap we get here.), a jar of chestnut cream (this is totally new to me... had to Google for info on how it's best eaten), 2 Franck Namani shirts and a pair of Etro shorts (as soon as I get rid of these extra 10 holiday pounds, they will fit). Also, is something that I rarely see. A PRL 100% leather shirt. It's heavy and luxurious and fits perfectly! Thanks again!

@Letric outdid himself. Wow!

First, an incredibly thoughtful card and scrumptious treats. My wife teared up reading the card and proceeded to call all of us participants "sweet dorks." I have a big sweet tooth so the chocolate and caramels will likely be gone in a day.

Then, an Isaia pin, which I immediately put on my pin-less Isaia casentino Colorado coat. Nice.

As if things, couldn't get better, RLPL x 3. Two ties and a NWT shirt. I have two jackets that will work perfectly with the shirt.

A BB scarf that my wife already claimed. We'll see about that.

Finally, hangers. I ALWAYS need good hangers. Hanger Project, Zegna x 2, and Talbott.

Thanks again, dude!

Merry Christmas and Happy Hanukkah to everyone in the thread. May the next decade bring nothing up happiness, good health, prosperity and grail finds.

I'm getting my package tonight. I can't wait. To me, it never matters what's inside, if someone took any effort to supply a stranger on the internet who shares a common interest with goods they asked for all to benefit a charity, I'm all in.

You're very welcome! I'm glad to see that everything arrived safely and was well received. I really enjoy tailoring a gift box to someone specific who I've never met, using just info that they've posted on here haha.

Alright I wanted to wait longer but a few glasses of rum and wine and I figured I can’t let it sit any longer.

So here we go!

1298835

My DIYer father got pretty excited when he saw this Home Depot box show up. One of the two of us was disappointed - and it wasn’t me!

First a really nice card with some insanely ornate handwriting. This made me realize I entirely forgot to include a card in mine, so if you receive one and have no idea who it came from, it might’ve been me.

1298840
1298841

Below the card we see a box that is super-packed.

1298842

Let’s see what’s first!

This label got me pretty darned excited.

1298843

And it fits just right! Yes! Already thrilled with my gift!

1298845

Let’s see what’s below.

1298847

1298848

A brand spankin‘ new SuSu Copenhagen 3 patch pocket blazer in a fabulous cotton-linen blend!

1298850

But it’s a little too snug! Aw man! But losing weight, might see if I can fit into it in a month or so~

Anyway, there’s still a bunch of box yet to go.

So without further ado-

1298854

Oh yes.

1298855

Oh yes.

1298856

Oh yes.

1298857

Shoe shopping is tough with my wide feet, but I think these are gonna be juuuuuuuuuuust fine. :D

And oh look, they’re gonna be well cared for too!

1298858
1298859
1298860

But we’re not done yet1

1298861

1298863

1298864

Haven’t tried em with the C&Js yet but now I’m thinking I’m gonna have to find some shoes that match these trees. Not enough space left in the box, so that’ll be up to me!

We’re running out of room in the box now, so if it’s just some padding that’s quite OK with me.

But it’s not.

And that’s all for this post. Continued below.

A package within a package is up next.

1298867

And within that package, more packages.

1298868

I’m thinking ties.

1298869

And now I’m sure.

1298870
1298871
1298872

These are some awesome patterns. Let’s see who makes them.

1298873
1298874

Damn.

And look at these folds.

1298875

And now the bottom of the box.

1298876

Alright! A box!

And in that box?

1298877

What could be under this paper?

1298879

My feet are so happy. A work week’s worth of Pantharellas and and a pair of Peter Millars for the weekend!

All in all, I am absolutely floored with this box of goodies. Thank you Dr. Livingston @ Intelligent Threads. This was a hell of a treat and I am thrilled to put all of these to good use.

Quick update:
- Shoe trees work great in the C&Js
- There were actually SIX pairs of Pantherellas whoops
