If anything, he's built to deadlift with his short legs and very long arms.

But pulling any weight over BW at 70 is pretty damn impressive.

Interesting. I didn't know some people DL the most weight at the sumo stance.

I do. Long legs and short arms.

I think it's easier to grind out a conventional dead than a sumo but I fear spinal crackage.

Difference between training and competing. Training: hips down, neutral back, fire glutes, pull back. Competing: pick the fuckin' thing up. lefty
