"Best Hairdryer" is beating "70-year-old pulls 680 lbs" in views.

Well done, ladies.

Beastly. Deceptive too, since he doesn't look like the type to be able to lift 680 lbs at first glance.

If anything, he's built to deadlift with his short legs and very long arms.

But pulling any weight over BW at 70 is pretty damn impressive.

Interesting. I didn't know some people DL the most weight at the sumo stance.

And yeah, that old man is quite a beast.

I do. Long legs and short arms.

I think it's easier to grind out a conventional dead than a sumo but I fear spinal crackage.

Is it just me, or did most of them seem to be doing stiff-leg deadlifts?

Difference between training and competing. Training: hips down, neutral back, fire glutes, pull back. Competing: pick the fuckin' thing up. lefty
