Before I order a pair of the lowdown boot, Oak lists them as a 10" rise. I thought these were a mid-to-high rise jean? I'm sure that's for smaller sizes, but am wondering if in a size 38 the rise will be at least 10.75"-11"? That's where most of my lower rise jeans fall.
