5EP LDB sizing

Am considering acquiring these 5EP LDBs:

http://www.revolveclothing.com/Displ...-MJ1&c=5EP&d=b

However I am a little unsure about sizing...

I have several pairs of Nudie RR and SS, as well as Edwin ED47s and all are a 36 waist. I can get into a 34, but definitely prefer a low and looser fit.
I have read that the LDBs fit a little larger, so was wondering whether to a 36 may be too big and perhaps a 34 would be better.
Perhaps somebody has these jeans in a 36 or 34 and could give me an accurate waist measurement?

Many thanks!

For the one-wash, I would go with your normal size 36. I have the Straight Zip in dark worn 36 and they are a good fit. I have the Raw LDB's in 34 and they stretched quite a bit. I could have probably went with a 33. If you are in doubt, get both and send one back to Revolve. The customer service at Revolve might be able to answer your question. Good luck.

5EP LDB raw 34x32 are just about 19 inches on the waist. My friend has a pair he just bought and asked him to send me the size. Not sure about other styles.

Here's the question, if this makes sense: Did you buy the 36 Nudies because you needed the room in the waist, or to get a roomier top block? The 5EP run pretty true to size in the waist, but they are also fairly generous in the top block, Much more so than Nudies, IMO. So, if you just want ass/ball comfort, go to a 34, if you really need waist room, then consider the 36. It also matters, IMO, whether you wear your jeans at or above the hip.

Cool, sounds like I'll be wanting the 36 then.

Surely a size 34 can't be 19" across?

The raw, yes. The one-wash, probably not. The one-wash are pretty true to size. The raw need to be sized down at least 1. My 31 LDB in raw measure out to 34, after a machine wash and wearing maybe once since then.

No. They are somewhat similar though. Edit: To be more specific, the rise is slightly higher on the straight down zips.

Ah I see thanks. I also read that the Straight down Zip, is a little more looser than the LDB. By how much? I really, really like the fit of the Straight Down.

Before I pull the trigger, I need to know what size to choose for LDB in both Resin and also Raw.

Actual measurements taken snugly while standing

waist: 33.75"
hip (widest point): 38.5"
thigh (widest point): 23.5"
Knee: 15.5"
Ankle: 9"

Should I go for a 33 in resins and a 32 in raw? or 34 or 33 respectively? Thanks.
