1. Hi. We moved systems, and because it was impossible to achieve feature parity between the systems, we opted to archive the old B&S threads but allow users to read them so that they can put them into our new B&S system.

There is a support thread if you have any issues.

    Cheers,

    Fok.

Why does MB insist on gorilla arm sleeve length?! Especially with functional buttons that can't be tailored...

All gant by MB sleeve are easily alterable from the shoulder as they are completely unpadded.

I asked a tailor about alterations from the shoulder; said it's nearly impossible... Any helpful insights?

Its more complicated but certainly not impossible, particularly on jackets with an unpadded shoulder. If you are located in the NYC area I can recommend a few tailors that are very good at this particular alteration.

There's also plenty of room at the front of the cuff to shorten as well.

I just moved to LA and still searching for a 'capable' tailor.

You've rekindled my hopes regardless - I have the MB madras jacket from last season and thought I wouldn't be able to fix it!

Try Wilshire Tailor at 6329 Wilshire Blvd. Older Lebanese gentleman that works with his wife. Not cheap but you won't regret the work he does.
