Viberg service boots from Four Horsemen. These are great boots of high quality construction. You can read more about them here:

http://fourhorsemen.ca/shop/4-horsemen-x-viberg-service-boot/

These have been worn approximately 15 times in the last year. But the buffalo leather is very tough and stretches hardly at all with wear. The fit will be similar to a new pair. I like these boots a lot, but the fit was not ideal for me.

Price includes shipping. Payment via paypal.

Hi,

Care to elaborate on the fit?

Do they fit true to size?

At the very least a half size smaller than your tts. (Most go down a full size.)

I'm a UK 8, US 9, any idea how the 9.5 might fit?

Likely big, but I can't say for certain. I'm a US 10/10.5 depending on the shoe/boot and bought the IHxViberg scout boot in a size 9 and found it to be too small. I have yet to try on a 9.5 to gauge whether the fit would work.

Hi,
Care to elaborate on the fit?
Do they fit true to size?

I believe that the advice from Guy is that it is usually best to go 0.5 down from your standard US dress shoe size.

My size in US dress shoes can be either a 9.5 or a 10, normal width. With Aldens I wear a 9D Barrie last and a 9.5D in the Aberdeen. My european size is 43, and my UK size is usually 8.5.

I don't find that these boots are too narrow for me, or that they are narrow in general. This size is just a little bit too long for me. My feet are a little different because the distance from the ball of my foot to the end of my toes is short relative to the distance from my heel to the ball of my foot. I thought about going down half a size, but I don't think that would work. They are intended to have a sleek profile so they fit somewhat close across the top of the boot. Since I have high arches sizing down might not be comfortable. Again, bear in mind that this buffalo leather really doesn't stretch the way that other leather might.

Looks like they are gonna be too big.

Pity, a real bargain. Thanks for the help guys.

Good luck with the sale.
