This is the "Mila" model. Recent season (2011-ish) Made from a great lightweight wool fabric with a woven texture. It is supposed to breath very well, much like a wool fresco. It features full canvas construction and soft shoulders. Mother of pearl buttons!

-Spring/summer weight fabric (100% wool / "lana")
-Full canvas construction
-Soft shoulders with minimal padding (with basting threads still attached)
-Low two-button stance
-Double vents (with basting threads still attached)

-Genuine smoked mother-of-pearl buttons
-Slim cut with great trim waist
-Will generally need little or no alterations off the rack

Tagged a size 46R US / 56R EU, but it runs slim in the chest like a 44R.
