Yes, it is me who needs a new style. I am not sure if I have a style today, if I have it is very general, a-la light blue shirt and black v-neck. Lets say I do not have a style :)

I am bold, and the little hair I have is grey. As a result, I shave my head. I am not very fat, but I am not fit either. Born in Scandinavia means I have a "snow-white" skin. I am 180 cm tall.

I work for a European IT-company, and I would like to find a business style with a cool and creative twist. Where do I start?

You start by observing your fellow European IT-company employees, in positions not wildly different from your own, and seeing what they consider to be an appropriate business style, possibly with the occasional cool and creative twist.

The guys at work are men in black by default, but nobody uses a black dress in Scandinavia. It is just overkill. Therefore most people dress in jeans and shirt, some with a sweater on top. It is a good suggestion to observe fellow employees, but it wont do the work in this case.

Where in Scandinavia?

Check out Scandinavian menswear sites Plaza Uomo, Keikari, and Manolo for some inspiration.

Why not start with proper fitting shirts with a collar and proper fitting denim or wool pants? A decent pair of shoes in black and brown would do well also.
