I have a 3 button dark blue 98%/2% wool/spandex GAP sportcoat that is like new. It has a subtle windowpane pattern. The back has a center vent. The cuffs have 3 buttons and the lapel buttonhole is functional. Notice that there is no breast pocket for a square, this is meant to be more street casual. It has probably been worn less than 5 times and I wish I could keep it. I bought this Sept 2005, before I knew how things should fit, so this is a little too big for my liking. I even had it altered, which slimmed it down a lot.

It slimmed down quite a bit since it was off the rack, but it still doesn't fit me snuggly and my chest is a 41. there is still a bit of room on me and the shoulders are a bit wide. I am slim and 6' tall. I can take a picture of it on me if you'd like, you are a 38 jacket based on your profile, so I would say that it would be too large for you.
