I have been doing alot of searching for some Raw denim and i think i am come to the decision to get a pair of 3sixteen because they seem like good quality and minimalist.

Does anyone know how the stretching is on these jeans? I plan on getting the ST100x and i would like to know if i should size down one to account for stretching? And is the marked size TTS?

and how slim is the ST100x? looking at selfedge and the official 3sixteen website... the measurements seem to differ. What is the real leg opening of these jeans?

is there a noticeable difference in color between the 3sixteen+ 20bsp and the st-100x?
    would both pair fade similarly?

Probably not. A big draw of the 3sixteen + is the different denim. If you compare close-up shots of the various denims, the + denim looks hairier and like it has a much more pronounced vertical pattern. It just looks slightly higher end, which is what the + line is going for I think. Still, it's $100 cheaper than most comparably constructed jeans, which still makes it a great value, I think. I'm almost definitely going to make a size 32 20BSP my next pair of jeans. ... also for the 20BSP, would be interested to see fade pics as people wear them.

lay flat your best fitting jeans and measure across the waist.

now match that up with the chart on this page

    http://www.selfedge.com/shop/index.p...roducts_id=438

i'd recommend going 1 size lower than what your pair measures. for instance my best fitting pair measure 16" across which comes out to 32". a size 31 in 3sixteen measures 32" so I would buy a 30 (31") which will allow for 1 inch of stretch. you could go down 2 sizes but thats alot of stretching for these jeans.

    ... just my opinion

Seriously -- nice pics. Will be interested to see how they wear!

Did you soak/wash before taking these pics?

Any word on when the st100x and the 20BSP will be restocked at Self Edge website - 29" in particular.

Does anyone have a pair of both? Can you compare them? Positives/negatives between the two?

We're getting a larger restock of the base line (not the + series) on friday in our online store and all three physical stores.

I got my 3sixteen+ in the mail on Friday, so I've only worn them twice. They were a touch slimmer than I was expecting, but not too tight. I'd definitely size up one inch if I bought another pair. That said, they have already stretched a bit and feel much better after just a few wears, so I'll have to see how much more stretching I get over the next two months.

Overall, though, I quite like the jeans, and am considering getting a pair of the other fit as well.

Glad you like them. If you started with the 20BSP and are considering the 10BSP next, make sure you get the same size as the 10BSP has about 0.5" more room in the waist than the 20BSP in the same waist size. If you got a 10BSP to begin with, then size up one for the 20.

I started with the 20BSP. Good to know that I should get the same size in the 10. Thanks!

I'm still waiting on 3sixteen to restock that tan double wrap bracelet.

E-mailed them a couple months ago and they said it would back very shortly. I've been checking the page daily since.

Just restocked the webstore with our last 3 for now.

Any idea if and when they'd be restocked? Looking for a small one...
