The item being offered for sale here is a gorgeous deep navy blue thin chalk stripe suit. This example is brand new with all tags. The suit is a size 38S The suit jacket is a 3 button, but the lapels roll to the 2nd button, making it a 3 to 2 roll. The jacket features full canvas construction, basted sleeves to allow for the addition of functional button holes, hand pick-stiching, side vents, and a ticket pocket.

Pants are unhemmed with pull tabs on the sides and brace buttons sewn into the waistband. Belt loops are also included as well. Pants feature double reverse pleats. The fabric composition is 99% wool and 1 % cashmere. This is one of the most beautiful suits I have ever seen, but unfortunently, it's not my size. Suit comes with 9 sleeve buttons, one front button and thread, as well as belt loops. Suit Measurements are as follows: Jacket across back from seam to seam measures 17.5 in. Jacket from top of collar to bottom of jacket measures 30 7/8 in. Outside of jacket sleeve measures 23 7/8 in. Inside of jacket sleeve measures 17 in. Chest of jacket measures 40 in. Jacket is a size 38S with a 6 inch drop on pants, so they are 32" waist. This suit originally retailed for $3,495 and I am selling it for more than 75% off retail at $850 plus shipping. If you say so. I Don't really understand what you're talking about though. The flash from the camera might have made the suit look lighter than it is. It's a deep navy with white stripes. Didn't realize that was an unusual combo for RLPL.

Navy pinstripe, pretty typical banker suit.

Pinstripes that narrow are not traditional and are, I believe, a rather recent thing. Not that that's bad at all, as I said, it's a wonderful suit.
