31x32 RRL jeans dry, slim bootcut

So I got these to try out the whole raw denim thing. Unfortunately they have stretched after some wear to the point that I don't find them that comfortable (I like snug waistbands). Soaked in cold water once for 30 minutes, put once in the dryer in medium for 10 minutes but they have only shrunken imperceptibly (seller claimed they would shrink more than they really had). Anyhow, my loss your gain et.c. et.c.

Waist is approximately 16.5 inches across the front; will get detailed measurements once I get home from work.
