3 button suit changed to a 2.5 button suit

I recently purchased a navy blue brooks brothers 3 button suit. I am not that keen on the three button and was wondering what is the best way to turn it into a 2.5 button suit. An example of what I am looking for is shown in the below-noted link

What would be the best way to go about transforming the 3 button suit into a 2.5 button suit? Should I have Brooks Brothers handle it or would my dry cleaner be able to handle it?
