How does the K-last compare to the U-last? I understand a 42 is usually a US 9 but on the U-last it is recommended to go with a 42.5. Does the same apply for the K-last or does a 42 translate to a US 9?

I usually wear alden barrie last us8d and c&j uk7.5f.
Would vass K last 42 fit me?
