Would anyone know how much fabric is needed for a pair of trousers if the width is 29" ?

37" waist, 32 inseam. Not too fat (yet)

Thanks.

Also how much of this 29 inch fabric is needed for mans shirt?

Just double the amount for pants on 60"
2.5 yards should do it.

A basic shirt on 36" fabric is 3 yards. On 30" you might need an extra .75.
