Nothing on this gentleman. However, I will never buy again from an ebayer outside of US,UK or Canada. Every time I have it has been a nightmare.

not him specifically but an Italian friend who regularly buys from the States (without problems) bought a Panerai fake from a guy in Italy (his first Italian experience) via ebay and had to go to adjudication or whatever. He avoids buying in his own country if possible.
Caveat emptor.

No experience but he sells cowboy boots and $300 kiton shirts, what's so interesting?

Your biggest risk is likely not the seller or his merchandise. His feedback is excellent with decent seasoning. The merchandise appears to be genuine.

Your biggest risk is the logistics of any transaction. Assuming that you don't reside in Italy, that is the first hurdle. International delivery is problematic regardless of the shipment's origin. I've received eBay items from a Swiss seller in four days via regular Swiss parcel post to California. I've received eBay items from a German seller in approximately sixty days via regular Deutsche Post to California. Both of those sellers have excellent feedback and genuine merchandise.

If you want to return an item (as I did with an Ukrainian seller in Italy), that's another story altogether. Mrs. FC loved some new shoes from that were available only from this Ukrainian/Italian eBay seller. As a surprise, I bought the new shoes for her. She wears a 38 and the shoes were advertised as 38. The shoes arrived in about five or six days. However, they appeared to have been worn for fifty meters of walking on concrete (almost imperceptible wear), and they were size 42!

I wound up eating a seventy-dollar FedEx return cost when the seller refunded only my full eBay amount including the original shipping and handling. The seller would not pay my return shipping even though the error was clearly on their side.

That's eBay for you! Do you feel lucky?

I have purchased several Kiton shirts from him. All genuine and I've been happy with him. Takes about 2 weeks to arrive in the Midwest, USA unless you want to pay his overnight or 2 day shipping rates.
