I waited 2+ hours for seats at the Paris restaurant. Truly outstanding, well worth the wait and the exspense.

Well, I tried it last weekend. Strangely enough the HK location does take reservations. Besides the big counter around the kitchen the restaurant is famous for, they also have regular tables and VIP rooms. The prices were high but fair given the quality of the food. Me and a college friend spent about HKD1300, 3 courses each, no wine, with coffee. They also have HKD550 lunch sets with 3 courses and a desert, quite fair. the service was excellent, which is quite refreshing given the ****** state of customer service in HK nowadays. Loved the foie gras mini-burger, would definitely go back again.
