in theory you should not be able to stretch shoe as they have been stretched already, but what i would do is have a look in the MTR stations there has shoe repair kiosk there

I've only ever bought supplies from them so can't comment on their shoe repair/stretching service. There are a cluster of cobblers off Pedder street in Central just by the MTR exit, they may be worth having a look at - I had my JL Cheslands resoled there - nice job.
