Wasn't it just 2 or 3 seasons ago where almost every division was a race down to the final few games?

Last years post season in general was epic as well. I'm hoping for some GREAT baseball this October.

YANKEES with that come from behind! Never thought I'd be hoping that they hold off the O's!

Last year was by far the most exciting night of baseball I can remember.

So if the Os win and Yankees lose is there a play in game? Or tiebreaker?

Play-in game for the AL East title. Would be in Baltimore. Home field would go to the team with the better head-to-head record but they're tied for that, so it would go to better division record, which Baltimore owns.

The O's just need every game they play in this post season to go into extra innings. Any time table on Nicky?

He's supposed to have his pins out next week, or maybe the end of this one. I've heard that it would take, best case, 2 weeks after that to get him back.

    It's not looking good :(

Wow Dice-K has a +7.00 ERA and stands between the O's and a one game playoff. Sweet lord, if the O's are the WC we have to play Texas....4HR Josh Hamilton Texas. I've never asked you for much Boston, but....just this once, could you not be complete crap??

The game is already over. You can't say Go Oakland at this point.

The Oakland A's are basically the real life re-enactment of Major League. I'm an Angels fan, but how can you not root for this team?
