Abu Diaby has just come on for Marseille, his first appearance in over 500 days or something.

If only I was that guy that bet on Leicester to win the league back in August.

RIP Johan Cruyff. Top 3-4 all time great.

Video is a few years old but a good snapshot on a remarkable career spanning player, manager and influencer.

there have been some fun games at least. well nice goals, former Marseille player Payet freekick was great and he's been scoring loads in the EPL, and Vardy had a nice little flick

Definitely excited for the weekend matches though. I hope we can avenge our loss to Watford now that we're back at the Emirates, but still no Cazorla Ramsey or Coq, Rosicky and Wilshire back in training while Cech may start again. Pool Spurs should be a nice showdown too, rooting for red of course ;-)

I'm gonna guess Barca take this one in a confident manner. Could be wrong, but the MSN factor up front is just too much for anyone to deal with and Ronaldo had a pretty bland showing during the international break (one unmarked header against Belgium who should definitely not be ranked first by FIFA) and the previous game was just miss after miss after miss for him.

    Surreal game

Total lack of pressure, barca had it but decided not to show up in second half. Can't believe Suarez' misses, some very good chances. Messi was having to go too deep to be really a threat.

This should help Madrid cash in on Ronaldo this summer. If they hold on to him he'll be worthless by next year. I can see Kroos and Rodriguez heading out the door too.

2-0 down in the first half at Wolfsberg. For crying out loud...

That Marcelo dive was excellent though I'm sure he got an earful from his boss afterwards for his poor chestbutting technique.

Disappointing draw for Arsenal, but business as usual for PSG.

Hoping Paris can advance this week against City

Man, i turned on the Arsenal/West Ham stream this morning, promptly fell back asleep. Woke up a bit surprised 57 minutes and 5 goals later.

barca always have problems against them in recent years. players looking exhausted, perhaps with an eye on the summer tourneys. but i'd like to see them focus on the CL and let atletico take the league after blowing an 8 point lead, la liga is one thing but retaining the CL is a feat nobody has done since the name change.

at this point, i can only hope leicester continue their run and keep spurs from winning because they're not letting up after demolishing united. watch for an exodus at arsenal, ozil and sanchez will surely get nice offers while the board/usamov keep backing wenger.
