I saw those links that you all posted, but there are two versions of the Annoted Instructors Edition and answer key comes separately from one of them. That is why I specifically asked for (including the answer key).

Unless it's on ebay, you can't buy it online. I just spoke with Vista Higher Learning customer service and they don't sell instructor editions online. They recommended I speak with my representative.
