2 questions- difference between apc cuts and stretching jeans

hey guys,

my favourite jeans are my apc cure in size 30 in the pre-washed denim. i want to get a pair of raw denims. what size should i get, same size or size down.

also what is the difference between, the cures, new cures and new standards.

finally is there a good way to stretch raw denim. my dior hommes japanese raw are perfect on the waist but too tight on the thigh and aren't stretching at all yet
