The only meaningful difference between cuffs is barrel vs. French. The number of buttons is totally unimportant.
Well, you're just wrong then.
Having said that, I think the most charming cuff for BD is the BB one, where the button is near the top of the cuff (i.e. by the sleeve), so the cuff can be rolled up. It's not the rollability that makes it interesting, but the fact that it looks quite relaxed.
uh...you know buttons are removable right?
