I know it's been made before but I think most of these europtrip situations are unique/different budgets, trip itineraries etc... I would be hard pressed to find a 2-3 week continuum to take off so I'm using business as an excuse.
I'll be in London during the first business week and then I'll take off 2 weeks for leisure. So I guess this opens up venues in London and wherever I determine I should go! I really like Corthay and St Crispin shoes, but I already have a burgeoning collection of each. So I was thinking maybe a bespoke commission from Corthay (my first for shoes!). And I was hoping to find somewhere that had a large collection of RTW STC in stock so that I could find something not so commonly available... I'm open to other suggestions as well, out side of france/london/italy is fine!
And given that 2-3 weeks is relatively short, is there any way to get a bespoke suit commission done as well? I was particularly interested in Cifonelli and Rubinacci - I already have my basics out of the way so I'm really just looking to explore some of the "greats" have garnered so much approbation on this board. It's a slight departure from my current suiting but I think it's worth sampling. Any other recommendations? Does anyone have experience with working in such a short time span? I was already somewhat resigned to the fact that it may take a few more trips..
