So I was listening to iTunes radio, specifically the channel "Exposure NYC - New York City's best minimal and tech house sounds," and on popped a dress shirt ad. Never heard one before. It sent me to '1995shirt.com' offering a (presumably) decent shirt for under 20 bucks (plus $5 shipping) if you input the promo-code 'SLEEVE'.
If they offered spread collars I mighta boughten one. They do offer French cuffs, trim fit, and exact sizing, a monogram if that's your thing, and it's 100% cotton... if only I liked American style pinpoint collars or button-downs.
