Wearing my triple gauze field shirt today. It's fantastic. Really light but also really warm. The domed shape of the buttons is a nice detail , and I appreciate that they're shanked to make it easy to button with the thick fabric.

@NickPollica I'm curious about the placket that the buttons are attached too. Is it the same triple gauze fabric. Was fused to give it enough rigidity for the buttons?

Pretty sure that over stitched placket is a feature of the Field shirt. My Field shirt from drop one has it too and I really like it.

That’s not the official name for it or anything ?

It’s just got multiple rows of stitching which makes it more rigid. It’s a really nice detail IMO.

I got the gist, regardless of technical term. I thought might be the same fabric fused because of the color match.

Yeah “almond”, the product shots on the website looked very orange, which is why I was hesitant to buy.

When I got my bal coat from the last drop, I ordered a size up which ended up being a bad idea -- way too big. TTS is the way to go, unless the sizing has changed.

Pionta, I believe in what looks like a heavier fabric than the blue plaid one from before.
