• CALLING ON HOME SEWERS TO HELP HEALTHCARE WORKERS FIGHTING COVID-19

    The lack of proper masks, gowns, and eyewear equipment is making it difficult for health workers to do their work fighting the novel coronavirus. In a recent New York Times article, medical workers said they were worried about how they can both fight the coronavirus without imperiling themselves, as well as their loved ones when they go back home.

    If you are a home sewer, please consider helping my joining Hickey Freman Technical Vice President Jeffery Diduch in his effort to produce and deliver homemade gowns and masks to medical professionals in the greater Rochester, New York Area. Read about how you can help here

Cam in the Molloy exploded basketweave Bal coat (Buster has nothing to do with this), matching Donegal cashmere raglan mock neck and watch cap, Donegal tweed Éide trousers and Crois cord belt.

Phil in our take on IM’s Mairtin Beag workwear gansey with handembroidered lichen ladders at the front and back (IM’s is only on the front) layered over our camel cable corduroy wader overalls.

Hell yeah, forgot about the Padmores. Sunflower monk strap is what I'm waiting on.

Padmores were stuck in customs but released this AM. Hopefully we should have them in store this weekend and online with IM next week.

@NickPollica

Is the model wearing an XL the grey overcoat? I’m typically a medium in most brands and a medium in most 18 East. Should I size down to a small in this one if I want a slightly oversized but not too oversized look? Concerned that sizing down would cause the shoulders to fit too slim.

Saying that, I still want to wear it in a somewhat conservative office space without feeling too far out of line.
