I have a pair in 11 that is slightly too small, but I would call them TTS. Took a chance as an 11.5 because they are so awesome. Debating on whether or not to keep and see if they break in or pass them along to someone else.

I'm a 9 in Alden 9.5 in NB and 10 usually in Nikes, so I've just been unsure about it as far as searching/waiting for a restock.

I think you would be good with a 9.

For me ideal is 11.5 in Alden dress shoes, 12 in NB 990 and 12.5 in Nikes, so the other conversions hold true since I find these ~half size short for me.
