For someone who pretty much always takes a S, I’m assuming XS is the way to go for the Lamar?

I washed mine cold and hung dry, no shrinkage noticed.
I'm usually an M and the S Lamar is perfect. It's a bit slouchy without it looking too big.

Size charts. Lamar coats run very oversized. If you like that take your usual 18e size. If you want a relaxed fit size down 1. The bridge coat fits TOTALLY DIFFERENTLY. Longer and more true to size. I personally do not recommend sizing down there. Full size run of each jacket will be available in the studio tomorrow until Sunday (or when we run out of fabric). Preorders should ship mid November. As these are MTO please note that all sales are final.

Size small Lamar from last year. I’m a typical medium. The fit, confirmed with measurements, is comparable to a size 40 in the Kaptain Sunshine traveller coat (the Lamar is the same length but a little roomier in the shoulders).

tl;dr: Take the management’s advice and size down 1.

Do we have any photos of the coat with the neck not done up? Or is this just the intended way of wearing the coat?

Thanks man.

Interesting, I love the silhouette. I feel meh on the design and collar.

Collar couldn’t get more classic for a DB coat of this style. Biggest style swerve here is the removal of the top row of buttons which looked crowded with the flapped breast pocket (which looks great tucked in if not your thing).

It's all about the silhouette, man. It's just amazing.
Totally. I'll have to think on it as I have 8 big coats already.

I get it. I have 6, including the Lamar from last year, and I live in a mild climate.
